  1. Enable full keyboard navigation in menus and forms

    It would be a big usability improvement if timeghost supported full keyboard navigation across menus and input fields. For example: Navigate between fields using Tab Confirm selections using Enter or Space Move through dropdowns and menu items via keyboard Complete a new time entry without having to switch to the mouse At the moment, many interactions require using the mouse, which slows down workflows—especially for users who create multiple entries per day. Enabling consistent keyboard navigation would make the tool much faster and more accessible. Thanks for considering this!

    I start/stop tasks all day and it would be nice to be able to pause the timer while I take a call from a customer and then resume the same timer when I return to the task.

  7. Assign multiple team members to time entry

    For time entries involving team work, such as brainstorming sessions or meetings, it would be beneficial to include the names of all participants. This eliminates the need for each individual to create their own time entry and ensures that everyone's time is accurately reflected.

  12. Round billing time

    Outlook offers the possibility to plan meetings to end 5 or 10 minutes earlier than full hour, a great feature which helps to have in mind the meeting end time. (Very often you continue the meeting until the full (or half) hour.) As timeghost takes the start and end time from Outlook, I need to manually adapt each entry. A proposal to book full 30 or 60 minutes would be great.

  13. Enter times with comma instead of colon

    To enter times quickly and more convenient, it would be helpful if only the numeric keypad could be used on the keyboard. For this purpose, comma entries could be automatically replaced by a colon (e.g. entering "1,30" automatically generates the correct entry "1:30")

  14. Add tasks from Timeghost in projects to ToDo

    We would like to check if we can sync tasks from timeghost towards Todo. This will get synched with activities in Dynamics and towards Outlook

  15. Change Start-Time with running timer

    When a task was started with the clock running, it should be possible to adjust the start-time wihtout having to stop the timer. That would cover the cases where a timer was started a bit too late, without having to remember to do the Change when the timer was stopped
